Privacy policy

Default: we do not collect personal data. There is no email/password account. Connecting a wallet reveals a public Apertum address (chain 2786) — that is public chain data, not an off-chain profile we store.

A402 payments are on-chain. Optional Market Wire BYOK keys (Alpha Vantage, NewsAPI) stay in your browser storage and are not uploaded to Performing Markets servers.

YouTube embeds load only after you press play. We do not run a tracker wall on public teasers.

How we describe the service, risk, and APTM content access is on the legal notice.
